This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests related to TECHGYANATHON 2026 registration fees. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for all participants.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same registration
- Technical Issues: Payment processed but registration not confirmed due to technical errors
- Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizers
- Incorrect Amount: If you were charged an incorrect amount
3. Refund Processing Time
Standard Processing: 3-5 Business Days
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
The refund timeline may vary depending on:
- Your payment method (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking)
- Your bank's processing time
- Verification requirements for your refund request
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include Required Details
Provide your full name, registration ID, transaction ID, payment amount, and reason for refund request
Attach Proof
Include screenshots of payment confirmation or any relevant documentation
Await Confirmation
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after successful registration
- Inability to attend due to personal reasons
- Requests made after the event has concluded
- Violation of event rules leading to disqualification
- Partial attendance of the event
6. Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that TECHGYANATHON 2026 is cancelled by the organizers, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Refunds will be processed automatically within 7-10 business days of the cancellation announcement.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies (with valid documentation). Such requests will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and decisions will be communicated within 5 business days.
